Established in November 2006, Oyster Property Insurance Specialists are part of Cullum Capital Ventures Limited, one of the UK's largest independent insurance intermediary groups. Our Core activity is arranging covers for the professional property investor. We specialise in portfolio accounts where there is a mix of property ranging from warehouses to individual houses and residential flats.
We have always believed in traditional service standards where the client is main focus of activities. We take the time to really get to know our clients and many of them have been with us for years.
We can now deliver through our Claims Aid service a quality settlement that we believe few Insurers or brokers are able to equal. This provides clients with a dedicated claims handler for all claims as well as providing a quick resolution of the claim through their network of pre-appointed loss adjusters and repair contractors. We currently provide the following facilities:
